Adult materials (movies, images, etc) are NOT ALLOWED on this site. Information ads or any advertisement setup as an auction are also not allowed.

Baymore.com is very serious about providing a safe venue for buying and selling items online. We will not tolerate any form of fraud, scamming, or any other illegal activity. Persons engaging in such criminal activities will be banned from Baymore.com's site and subject to criminal prosecution. Baymore.com reserves the right to cancel any member's account for any reason.

ARTICLE 1. ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP - This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts as the seller/buyer of an auction item. People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

ARTICLE 2. BAYMORE.COM IS ONLY PROVIDING AUCTIONS SERVICES - We only provide services to people interested in selling and buying merchandise via internet auction. We do not have control over the items that are posted in the auction site, and cannot guarantee the authenticity and quality of any product. We are not responsible for the actions sellers/buyers take before, during, and after the auction, typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this auction site.

Use of this site is at your own risk, content is presented 'As-Is'.

ARTICLE 3. BIDDING AND SELLING - As a user, you may bid on and/or sell merchandise on Baymore. As a bidder, take note, that placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the seller, and the bid cannot be retracted except because of a typographical or other error on the seller's part. If you place a bid, and win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this auction site, winning, then not paying for the product is illegal in most states, and prosecution can result.

As a seller, the item that you place up for bids must be available. Once a bid has been placed for your item, you are in a binding contract with the potential buyer of the product, if that bid shall be the highest bid. Once the auction is over, if over reserve price, you are obligated to sell to the buyer who is the highest bidder. If, reserve price was not met, you are not obligated to sell the item. As a seller, you may not bid on your own items.

ARTICLE 4. SELLING ITEMS - As a user, you are welcome to post items for sale on Baymore. We do have restrictions on what items you may sell, and what you may not sell. You may not sell illegal merchandise, or anything that is affiliated with pornography, etc.

Items that are posted are subject to review by the staff of Baymore, and may be removed without prior notice, if considered to be in violation of the User Agreement.

ARTICLE 5. CHARGES - Posting an item up for bid, bidding on an item, and registering are free on this server.

ARTICLE 6. PRIVACY STATEMENT - Baymore.com respects the privacy of its registered members. Baymore.com will never sale, trade, or release to a third party any registered member?s personal contact information without the expressed written permission of that registered member.

ARTICLE 7. WARRANTY - Baymore.com provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty or condition. Baymore is not liable for any damages resulting from an auction, or your visit to the site.

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Baymore acts only in providing a place for buyers and sellers to buy and sell approved items. We have no control over quality, usability, legality, etc of the items offered here for auction. Baymore provides this website in an 'as-is' condition, without a warranty of any kind.

Baymore is not liable for any damages resulting from an auction, or your visit to the site. Baymore is not responsible nor liable for any damages caused or alleged to be caused directly, indirectly, incidentally, or consequentially by anything on or related to this auction site.

We at Baymore will work to help resolve disputes between users through the use of the Dispute Console which can be found in the member area. In the case that you have such a dispute, by registering on this site, you are releasing Baymore and its agents, employees, and assignees, and any affiliated companies or individuals from any claims, suspected and unsuspected, whether disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of, or in any way connected to, any disputes. We suggest and expect that users will employ common good business practices and personal courtesy to avoid disputes. If another user has a complaint with you, please establish a polite dialog with him or her to resolve the dispute to mutual satisfaction.

Above all, when buying something from someone--whether on the internet or anywhere else--your best protection is to be an informed buyer.

We cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption to service, caused by any means. We reserve the right to remove any user from this auction site at any time for any reason we deem sufficient and without any explanation required. We will tolerate no violations of law or regulations by any actions, especially those that are libelous, threatening, harassing, or obscene.
