Please read everything before bidding! I only accept United States Postal Service money orders and PayPal. I expect contact with me with in 3 days of auction end and payment within 10 days. Any order above 25.00 requires confirmation of delivery. Any order above 50.00 requires insurance. I will combine shipping costs on multiple wins. I will retract a bid; all you have to do is let me know. This way if you change your mind it doesn't keep others from winning with their bid. Plus it's just rude and when it's easy enough to just retract why not! - It is the seller's responsibility to fulfill the order when payment terms are met.
- The binding contract of the auction is between the winner and the seller.
- If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winner within 3 business days of the end of the auction, she/he may lose the place as the winner, and be at risk for receiving negative feedback and/or a Non-Paying Bidder Strike, both of which can ultimately lead to suspension from Baymore.
- Any technical difficulties of, which were caused by Baymore, accessing your Members Area, will not protect the seller and the winner from the responsibility the both sides took at the time they agreed to sell and purchase the auction.
- This auction is a written contract between the seller and the winner - ergo - the winner promises to pay for the merchandise in the timely manner and the seller promises to deliver the merchandise in the condition it is described above.
